Manganese steel crimped wire mesh is a heavy-duty pre-crimped woven screen manufactured for abrasive and high-impact applications. The wires are formed before weaving so that every intersection is securely locked, helping the screen maintain uniform openings and dimensional stability during repeated vibration.

How to Specify
Please provide both the clear opening and wire diameter. Approximate mesh count per inch = 25.4 ÷ (opening in mm + wire diameter in mm). For vibrating screens, also state the equipment model, feed size, material type, screen angle and required panel dimensions.

Packaging
Sheets and panels are stacked with protective separators and secured on pallets or in wooden cases. Hooked edges and reinforced sections are protected against deformation during export transportation.
