Products

Dongce supplies crimped wire mesh for industrial screening, separation and equipment manufacturing. Choose stainless steel, manganese steel or carbon steel according to the screened material, corrosion exposure, abrasion, temperature and equipment design. We serve industrial bulk purchasing, OEM manufacturing and project orders, rather than household retail or individual small-quantity purchases.

Choose Crimped Wire Mesh by Material

Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh

Stainless steel crimped wire mesh serves a broad range of industrial applications, including chemical processing, food machinery, petroleum equipment and aerospace-related equipment. Specify the stainless steel grade and operating conditions rather than selecting by appearance alone. Suitability for food-contact or aerospace use depends on the required material specification, surface condition, documentation and customer approval; the material name alone does not establish compliance.

Manganese Steel Crimped Wire Mesh for Mining Screening

Manganese steel crimped wire mesh is an option for mining screening applications involving abrasive material and repeated impact. Typical selection discussions include mineral processing, quarry screening and aggregate separation. Provide the feed material, particle-size distribution, moisture, throughput and vibrating screen details so the grade, opening, wire diameter and mounting arrangement can be reviewed. Service life depends on the actual duty and cannot be guaranteed from the material name alone.

Carbon Steel Crimped Wire Mesh

Carbon steel crimped wire mesh is an option for industrial screening where the specified strength, wear requirements and cost are priorities. Review moisture, corrosion exposure and any required surface protection before selection. It should not be treated as a direct substitute for stainless steel in corrosive or hygiene-sensitive service.

How to Specify an Industrial Screen

Clear opening: state the required aperture in millimetres and the opening shape. Mesh count alone does not define the opening without the wire diameter and counting convention.

Wire diameter: specify the required diameter and tolerance; it affects open area, stiffness and suitability for the equipment.

Material: provide the exact steel grade or your applicable material specification.

Dimensions: give the finished panel or roll dimensions, quantity and dimensional tolerances.

Crimp and mounting: provide a drawing or sample showing the weave/crimp arrangement, edge detail and installation requirements.

Operating duty: identify the processed material, wet or dry conditions, temperature, chemical exposure and equipment model.

For square openings, theoretical open area can be calculated as [opening / (opening + wire diameter)] squared, multiplied by 100%. Use consistent units. This geometric value is not a guarantee of throughput, separation efficiency or service life.

Match the Screen to Your Application

For mining and quarry screening, start with the required separation size, abrasive duty and screen mounting. For chemical and petroleum equipment, review corrosion compatibility and operating temperature. For food machinery, include cleaning conditions, surface requirements and any applicable food-contact requirements. For aerospace-related orders, submit the engineering drawing, material specification, traceability and acceptance requirements for review before production is agreed.

A crimped screen is not automatically a precision micron-rated filter. Where fine filtration is required, also review our woven stainless steel wire mesh range and specify the required filtration performance and test method.

Request a Bulk or OEM Quotation

Send your material grade, opening, wire diameter, dimensions, quantity, application and drawing to dongceshaiwang@163.com. Include the destination country and any inspection or documentation requirements. Dongce will review manufacturing feasibility and quotation details against your specification.

Industrial buyers, equipment manufacturers, distributors and project procurement teams are welcome. We do not offer household retail or individual small-quantity filter purchases.
