product details
Twill Weave Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Twill weave stainless steel wire mesh is woven with each weft wire passing alternately over two and under two warp wires. This staggered 2/2 pattern creates a distinctive diagonal surface and allows the use of relatively heavier wire at finer mesh counts than a comparable plain weave construction.
Anping County Dongce Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. supplies twill weave stainless steel wire mesh for industrial filtration, screening, separation and process protection. Material grade, mesh count, wire diameter, roll width, roll length and cut size can be customized according to the application.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is twill weave stainless steel wire mesh?
Each weft wire passes over two and then under two warp wires. The pattern is offset between adjacent wires, creating a diagonal surface.
What is the difference between plain weave and twill weave?
Plain weave alternates over one and under one wire. Twill weave uses an over-two and under-two pattern, which can accommodate relatively heavier wire at fine mesh counts and provides a more flexible woven structure.
How do I select the correct mesh specification?
Selection depends on particle size, flow rate, pressure, strength, temperature and corrosion conditions. Send your application details for a practical recommendation.
Can twill weave mesh be supplied in custom sizes?
Yes. Rolls, slit strips, sheets and custom-cut components can be supplied according to the confirmed specification and quantity.
